We had some very fun caroling together in the gym today! All the staff and students really enjoyed singing some classics together.

The students of Division Three worked hard to create their favourite winter scenes out of gingerbread to raffle off. All money raised from the gingerbread raffle will be given to Helping Hands. The raffle raised $285.10, thank you to all of the students that purchased raffle tickets. Congratulations to the five winners that took their gingerbread scenes home on Wednesday!

Ms. O'Neill's grade 2/3 class spread Christmas Cheer this week by giving out Candy Candy's to random strangers. Students shared how it made them feel by doing a 'Random Act of Kindness': "I felt happy." "I felt like an angel!" "It made me feel warm inside." "It felt nice." "I liked that I made someone's day."

We tried curling and candy cane hockey in gym this week.

Our Winter Concert is this Tuesday December 12th. We have two show times, 1pm and 6 pm. Doors for the 6pm show will open at 5:30pm and classroom will open at that time for students to go to so they can get ready for their performance. Please keep your attendance to two family members as we have a capacity limit in our gym due to fire regulations. We will live stream the 6pm show through zoom and will send the link out on the 12th.
