This week the Sea 2 Sky Safety Training Services provided a first aid course to Ms. Sollid's Grade 5/6 Class.

We had lots of Twin Spirit on Friday! Check out all these "Twins"

Term 2 Report Cards will be posted in the MyEd Portal on Monday March 7th for those classes currently working with Option 2. These include:

All classes will be dismissed on Wednesday March 9th at 2pm.

Mrs. Reed, Ms. Lock and Ms. Wagner's class had a beautiful day at the Callaghan.

The kids in Ms. Lock and O'Neill's class had a blast at the pool this afternoon. Check out some pictures of our swimmers.

The Grade 2/3 classes have been learning about Indigenous groups from around the world. They have learned about their food, shelter, the arts, traditions, and transportation. They have compared these to the First Nations People of Canada. Click the link to see some examples of their work.

Mamquam PAC also is doing a Mabel’s Labels fundraiser. Get fantastic labels for clothes, water bottles, shoes etc. Just choose the label package you like at mabelslabels.ca and when you check out, click the support a fundraiser tab. Search Mamquam Elementary School PAC. This is an ongoing fundraiser with no deadline and the labels ship free directly to your home if you choose the letter mail option.

Over the last week our amazing PAC brought in Miss Briana from Squamish Dance Centre. She is a very talented dancer and instructor, who used to go to Mamquam when she was younger! Students enjoyed learning from her and loved showing off their moves. During the dance classes, Miss Briana taught students the choreography to ‘I Love Myself’ by Hailee Steinfeld, as well as other easy hip hop moves.
