Mental Health and Preparing for the Transition to Post Secondary

Looking for something to do or a new sport to try and learn once you drop kids off at school? Come to the Howe Sound Curling Club and learn to curl! Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9-11 starting October 10th . Equipment supplied. The curling club is located next to the Squamish Valley Golf club. We’d love to see you there!

The Christmas Craft Fair is right around the corner!

On Friday morning our whole school participated in our annual Terry Fox Run. The Kindergarten students ran around our school field and Grade 1-6 students ran a well marked and volunteer marshalled course through our neighborhood. Thank you so much to Ms. Clegg and all of our family volunteers that made this event possible and a great success!

Students ran hard this week to raise money for the Terry Fox Foundation. We had out Kilometer Club Kick off on Monday morning starting with a whole school warm up!

Hello Families,

We are still having our Welcome Back Picnic this evening as planned from 5-7:30pm. We will be moving the live music by Papa Josh into the gym and the food truck will be on site to enjoy. Please enter the gym through the back of the school on the Intermediate side. The library will be open for the book fair from 5-7:30pm.

The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to our school September 19-21! Students will browse and shop with their classes. The Book Fair will also be open for families during the Welcome Back Picnic on Tuesday September 19 from 5-7:30. This event is a key part of helping us obtain new books and resources for our library and classrooms. Your child will be coming home with a Book Fair flyer that provides a preview of only a few of the many books available to purchase at our Book Fair.
