The whole school really enjoyed listening to Kung Jaadee, a professional Indigenous storyteller on Wednesday November 27th. Kung Jaadee is a published author who has been sharing stories for 30-plus years across Canada. She belongs to the X̱aayda (Haida), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Tlingit, Tsleil-Waututh Nations, and is also part Hawaiian. She was born and raised on Haida Gwaii and is from the Yaguu’laanaas Raven Clan.

Parents and caregivers are invited to a free webinar, Navigating Technology Use Across Childhood and Adolescence: Supporting Healthy Habits, hosted by BC Children’s Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre and BC Children’s Health Promotion & Schools teams on November 27th from 12-1 pm PST. There is a Professional Development Day on November 18th, school will not be in session

This year's Christmas Craft Fair is just one week away! Join us on Friday, November 22 from 5:30-8:00pm. We have 30 vendors, a youth market, bake sale, candy kebobs, cake walk, kids craft/movie room, and photos with Santa! It's a really fun community event - hope to see everyone there!

The PAC has organized a Purdy's Fundraiser, get an order in for all of your gifting or personal enjoying needs!

Order Pickup - December 11th 5-6pm at the School (will also consider doing an additional pick up date if needed).

Join us on December 10th from 6:00-7:00 pm where we will host families for holiday swag making, hot chocolate, snacks, and a school wide sing-a-long in the gym. We encourage families and siblings to join us in celebrating the upcoming winter holiday season. Feel free to bring pieces from nature, bows, ribbons, and anything else you'd like to contribute to your holiday swag!
