Our bike rodeo will take place Thursday May 5th beginning at 9:15am. It will end when all participates have had a chance to go through the courses. Students are able to have their bikes checked for mechanical safety and participate in the "Driving Test". Please send your child with their bike and helmet on May 5th.

We are pleased to announce that the Squamish Youth Triathlon is returning in 2022. This year’s event is being held on Sunday, May 15th at Brennan Park Recreation Centre. We’re planning another fun event, with events for boys and girls in six different age groups (from 6 to 17), including individual and team categories. The Tiny Tri for the really young kids (5 and under) will again happen after the main event.

Ms. O'Neill/Babuin's class pitched in and went around our community cleaning up garbage.

In June 2021, the Board approved changes to catchment boundaries, resulting in Northyards and Loggers Lane at Finch Drive falling within the Mamquam Elementary catchment boundaries and Tantalus Road (north of the Executive Suites Hotel), and the Skyridge development falling within Brackendale Elementary catchment boundary, effective September 2023. These changes apply to future students who are of Kindergarten age starting September 2023 or later, and siblings of these students currently attending school will not be affected. This week the Sea 2 Sky Safety Training Services provided a first aid course to Ms. Sollid's Grade 5/6 Class.
